WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES? We offer a variety of methods for shipping; please refer to our Shipping page for detailed information about options and pricing. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? You check the status of your order at any time. If you have chosen a shipping method that allows tracking, you can access that information as well. . HOW CAN I TELL IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK? You can check the availability on an item from the menu on the item page. The inventory information is updated daily. IF AN ITEM OR SIZE IS OUT OF STOCK, CAN YOU GET MORE? If you see an item or size that is not in stock, we are happy to try to get it for you. Please Email us CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE? Not at this stage, Email works best for us and we will usually reply within hours, if not sooner. DO YOU HAVE A SIZE CHART? Each of the boutique clothing brands we offer is sized slightly differently. In most cases, we include sizing information in the description of the product. If you have questions about a specific outfit, Email us and we will be happy to take measurements and make sure it fits the first time. We do have a limited Sizing guide on this site for your information WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE? At the moment, we prefer Bank Deposit for all domestic sales, to help keep prices down- but Paypal may be more convenient for you and is welcome. A 'Paypal ONLY' rule applies to all international sales at this stage. Cheques and money orders work fine for domestic sales, but are subject to the usual clearance times.
